Items posted once payment is received.
All items are shipped and tracked by Australia Post or Private Courier.
All items are wrapped with professional care.
Combined post is offered, but will need to be calculated according to size of package, the weight of glass items and your postcode.
We endeavour to keep postage and handling costs to a minimum.
Postage charged in our shop is for within Australia only.
Excess postage charged through our shop for multiple items will be refunded.
We will post outside Australia, please contact us prior to purchase so postage can be calculated.
Refunds and Returns
Extreme care is taken in creating the best possible glass product.
Our photos form part of the description.
If the glass product is broken during transit we will replace it upon receiving photo evidence.
We do not replace or give refunds if you have changed your mind about the purchase.
Goods will be replaced or a refund given if the product is found to have a manufacturing fault. Goods to be returned to us in the same packaging as you received them. The customer pays for return postage.
If not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact RUTH and we will do my best to rectify the situation.
